I guess it's just the language patch files in the OP, then?

Judging by the screenshots, it's zero-effort MTL, may have a better time doing it for yourself with tools.

Man that's sucks, I think it's something on their end? Probably the guy stopped paying for their server or something. Did you had to download it from scratch or did you use the one that you could open before?
