Just a quick Melody and Sophia experiment in an outdoor setting. 4K large render. Sunlight only lighting. Probably could benefit from some additional highlight lighting, or higher specular setting for the skins. Still learning.

Someone asked me to do Melody "with the car" the same way I did Lisa in the Big Brother thread. So nothing too fancy, but here she is. Slightly different poses, etc...I didn't just replace Lisa with Melody in the scenes, but used the same concepts from scratch. Large 4k renders. Open and scroll.

So I told Melody to rent a 4-wheel All Terrain Vehicle for our desert photoshoot and meet me there. She said, "Sure! See you there!" When I get there she's jumping for joy and saying, "Do you like it? Did I do good?" I was dumbfounded. I didn't know what to say. So I finally said, "Uh, yeah...it's great! But why did you park it on top of a tree stump?"

She glared at me and said, "Shut up and just take some more pictures!"

She's a keeper. :giggle:

Decided to try to learn some animation stuff, so started with a basic aniMate aniblock and a Melody G8 .duf file (credit to CJ0 for the duf). Rendered a 1-second walking aniblock series consisting of 39 frames (numbered 0-38) using the Daz Studio "Golden Ratio - Portrait" preset at 664x1080 resolution. Used a simple background and clothing item. Each frame render took about 250 iterations (for roughly 10,000 iterations in 39 frames) but the entire render took only about 30 minutes using my GTX1080 GPU (I'm not complaining for a 1080p movie render with that many iterations :)).

For those not familiar with how to "loop" the 1-second movie below, right mouse click on the video below to open an options pop-up, put a check mark next to the "Loop" entry, then start the video. Then if you want, click on the "full screen square" on the right side of the timeline to go "big".

Added Viewing Possibilities: The screencaps below were taken while viewing the video using VLC Media Player (freeware). It has numerous different real-time video display options. The first screencap shows using a "mirror" option which will mirror the left half of the video display screen (resulting in a mirror image of Melody on the right side of the video display at the same time. Note that is why I rendered the video with Melody on the left half side of the render and not overlapping the center of the render...to leave room for the "mirrored" Melody on the right when playing it in VLC). The second image shows the mirrored image being rotated 90-degrees right during the video playback. Both Melody characters walk during both options. Although I use VLC Media Player, any other video playback application with similar options should produce similar results.

Her right hand "clips" her right thigh while swinging, but I didn't notice that prior to rendering it. I wasn't looking at her "bouncing hands" (*groan*) while setting up the render. Like I said...still learning! :oops:
