Folks, hopefully a quick easy question: How do you skip in this game? I can see the different options in preferences, but there is no actual 'skip' button. Cheers!

I don't really use compressed versions, but as far as i know they just reduce the image quality.
If that's so, my fix should work perfectly with the compressed version too.
Did you try? Did it give some kind of error?
I could quickly work on it as soon as i wake up, if it's confirmed it doesn't work with the compressed version.
before bying parfum, just Shift+O to open console, then:
v_w3_amy_arnold_truth = False - it would make Arnold appear at birthday party
v_w2_amy_lunch_extramoney = True - it would add extramoney
those 2 commands will allow you to kiss Amy after party and buy Koko parfume, no need to replay entire game

Actually wiki says the oldest bone flute found was some dated somewhere between 43000-35000 BCE but was contested until another bone flute was found that was dated to 42-43 thousand years old.
The oldest PLAYABLE bone flute is from 9000 years ago and was found in China.
The oldest METAL flute was 4200-1200 BCE (bronze era).
The "Transverse Flute" (AKA 'modern' flute) started with a wooden (D) variety in the 18th century, and the the current 'Western Concert (C) flute' is from the 1830s/40s.
Regardless of your choice of 'type' of flute, 300 BCE isn't correct in anything I find. Maybe something the Author (Mr Dots) read stated the first 'Transverse flute' dated back then... who knows.

P.S. loved the current update! Keep 'em coming. I mean if the worst thing we have to b**** about is the answer to one of the music questions you know you're pretty much nailing things ;o)

really really nice update,i couldn't even imagined i'd like this game so much,even more than DMD
I loved how Melody shot down that dude in music store,that was cold,it makes you really want to be on her good side
Also i liked how she didn't thought too much but instead instantly said that MC is her new boyfriend to her ex,you could say she did that as a revenge like most of the girls would but that showed me that she has real interest in MC,putting aside her horny thoughts of him.
But Becca completely won me over in this update. She's incredible. She completely made me forget about Melody...i even think mrdots could be in some sweet troubles for future development of the story since she seems to becoming more and more popular. I hope we'll see much more content with her.
Even though i like her shyness and i don't want to see it go yet,i'd like to see her smiling bit more now that we took major step forward in the relationship,she's too gorgeous to have that semi sad/nervous face most of the time.
Great game so far and next update will only get even better,props to the team for such tremendous work

Guys, I'm unable to hide the interface by H or middle mouse button ;/ Does anyone share the same problem? I can play with that but sometimes the interface covers Melody's charms :/

I don't think this whole thing with the history of the flute should be taken overly seriously.
In saying that, I think this is probably where they based their info for that part of the quiz from -

this may be an unpopular opinion but i want to make sweet music with melodys mom
and how did you find out ? i am asking because even if you successfully buy Koko, you would still receive a dialogue about Olimpique (some dialogue bug, check prev page to find a different week_04_0.rpa)
You can check it 100% only at birthday party, you will have an option to talk with Arnold, and Amy will hold in hands Koko parfum after she`d received gift.
