There was some kind of bug with a couple of girls and an fix should be coming in a day or 2.
I did manage to get the Izzy only ending this time and my Melody only and Mel+Soph+Xi saves worked fine for me.
Maybe worth checking the walkthrough in the OP. Think there was an important choice during the guitar standoff an update or 2 ago that can lead to you being forced to leave with Beth.

He's Coming up on the End of Both his games. I loved them both and wonder what is next for MrDots

thats not true:
originally it was planned to stop DMD after chapter 2 but he decided based on the fanbase to continue DMD with a chapter 3 which will last at least until end of 2020.
As for "replacement" of Melody there are thoughts for a new game, but details are for sure secret right now

Did this game always have the images so grossly compressed and I didn't realize or it is just in this update that they are so compressed so that the game doesn't weigh so much?

It's just this update. Mrdots went compression happy, which is why this update is nearly half the size of the last update. Hopefully next time he'll release two version one for those who value image quality and another for those who value bandwidth.

i am a bit annoyed of dev always trying to explain every action/sentence like he is talking to a 4 year old girl...
and not just her, to everything...

example:

Scene: geting up from the couch and walking to the bathroom
MC: i am so tired, i have to get up, hmmm, i don't know if i can make it, but i could try?, no... better not, i might hurt myself, but i have to take a shower, nah, fuck that, my favourite show is on..., i will stink on this couch all day, i don't care, Melody likes me even if i stink, right?, right? or does she?? shit... better go take a shower quick, she will be here in 30 minutes, bye guys, see yaa in the next update... I really like the Melody and Sophia path but Xianne is slowing making it to the top of my personal ranking. I don't really know why but there are some things about her that intrigue me so much. She's good looking but also shows a little bit more maturity than other characters... even more than Melody's aunt, for example.
Her scenes are also the best so far for me. I would love to see something more than a probable solo ending with her, and most of everything else having some more kinky scenes with her.

That was weird, Izzy unlocked yet no Izzy content... Can't figure out how to get 3 way with Mel & Sofia? I have said no to Sofia except if Mel gave blessing and lesbo scenes unlocked but do I need to unlock Sofia too?

I'm guessing so yes as the file size was smaller than previous versions they must be trialling it to see how it goes.

What is this dev doing writing porn games? I was trying to get off, not get invested in the story that I forgot what I was trying to do!!

Their talent is wasted on this; they should be writing a book or something
