Everything is possible if and when the player "Chooses" to make it happen. If dev's words are to be believed "Avoidable" means choice based. And no matter what you choose in the introductory chapter you end up at the bathroom scene. So the choices did not matter in this chapter, which means that scene was not NTR/Cheating as nothing happened between the protagonist to even suggest an event like that to happen, no buildup? It is all porn brain thinking that the game just started and the wife became a slut in 5 minutes.

P.S. it is not the wife since the heels she is wearing are different as well, from the girl giving the bj in the stall.

Coz there has to be a differentiating factor no? When NTR is avoidable, then for absolutely certainty the women giving the BJ is not the wife, since we didn't get to choose for that. So i'm simply trying to find that differentiating factor, and since everything is same except for the color of the heel, that makes it the differentiating factor between the wife nicole and the bj girl.
