After he last spoke with bitchfriend (near the dancefloor. She wasn't at the bar area), he rushed back to the table looking for wife, then to the actual bar, then searched "the whole damn club." "The unease inside [him] growing by the minute" before he paused to assess and then searched the bathrooms last, first the men's, then the women's. So no. There was plenty of time. Not that these games or even a lot of scripted TV shows are consistent with plausible time regardless. Could've been another chick and a guy too, but bitchfriend being in there is entirely plausible. Just giving predictions here based on writing tropes & tendencies, but my guess is still it's not the wife yet. I get the impression this dev considers build-up and foreshadowing more than some of these "okey i fux blakc mens now honey" NTR devs, which makes me think this is a tease. Could be wrong and her mouth is stuffed with cock depending on your previous choices, but that's my impression.

I get the impression it's slow burn too, which I prefer. Done right it makes the actual action much hotter when ramping up the tension and plausibility. Where-as with immediate action, there's no investment or push/pull and more often than not it feels written by a 12yo. The ending of the update was really mysterious and complex! A detective is definitely needed because solving this puzzle is not easy at all!
1. She’s not Kylie, because the MC saw her just a few seconds earlier.
2. The FMC isn’t involved in a blowjob, since the game clearly follows a slow-burn approach, making the chance of a blowjob from the FMC very low (especially considering the bbc is her friend, and they work in the same office, which lowers the probability even more).
I’m certain about the second point because the developer mentioned that Netorare is avoidable (The fact that it’s avoidable is fantastic for this story and atmosphere)
3. When the MC opened the door, he was shocked, so his wife must be inside. (If he hadn’t seen Kylie just seconds before, I would’ve guessed it was a threesome with Kylie, her boyfriend, and Henry, which would’ve surprised him.)
So, my guess is:
The black guy put his finger down the wife's throat to make her throw up because the FMC was feeling really bad from being extremely drunk
I don’t like the personality of the black guy, unless in the next update, the MC and FMC bring him to his senses and make him apologize

Exactly, this guy beat me to the punch. It took 2 seconds of flipping through ntr-filtered games - yup babysitters, no tag, corrupted hearts, no tag, etcetc. Searching ntr and excluding 2dcg, ratio jumps from 26% to 37%, and that's just one filter.
