There is a small nuance:
- MC wife wanted to go to work without buttoning all the buttons on her blouse.
- MC has a choice whether to warn her or not.
but regardless of the choice in the office, the button is undone!

Does she do this on purpose to awaken feelings of jealousy in Mc and help him with his problem (maybe even on the advice of her friend) or is she doing this for "others" eyes?

There can be 100 such different possibilities of things which could have happened before the game even started. So it's kind of a moot point isn't it? Game started at the point where protagonists are happily married, yes the wife is sexually not satisfied at the start of the game, but this may also be a new problem and MC must've consistently rocked her world that is why they are married? See another possibility, we cannot know or predict what happened before. Dev stating NTR is avoidable has to mean something, and i honestly dont know why people keep bringing this up? I'm not saying you specifically, but in general on NTR specific game threads. Maybe it's a bait idk.
What we do in the game with choices depicts how the relationship will develop further from the point of start. We cannot begin to assume how it was before that.
That being said, the introductory chapter did not hint at any sort of cheating or disloyal behavior in any of the protagonist's past, so in my opinion, it is safe to assume their sex life was vanilla, and it is now up to the player how they want to develop it further.
