What we do in the game with choices depicts how the relationship will develop further from the point of start. We cannot begin to assume how it was before that.
That being said, the introductory chapter did not hint at any sort of cheating or disloyal behavior in any of the protagonist's past, so in my opinion, it is safe to assume their sex life was vanilla, and it is now up to the player how they want to develop it further.

I'm just speculating and guessing, i'm not saying that "this is really" true!

The second episode may reveal a lot of things or make even more questions. ;)

Now this MC did like the couple with the Black Bull when he was on the video at the website. So, He mention it did kinda excite him in a curious manner let say. He is not ready to just push his wife in that direction I think... But it is a Porn game... We know he will ! WE just need to see how ? and how soon ??? But I think they will ( I hope ) be totally devoted to each other .

Calm down man, it isn't that serious lol There are thousands of games out there you can go get your freak on at.. no need to be hostile cus it doesn't suit your taste, or that this genre is saturated... go play those other games if you're so mad about it ... sheeeeeesh breathe!

I just hope that for next update the dev will surprise us and not go for the obvious route of "oh it was just another woman with the same heels"
