Hey everyone,

In the last progress update, I mentioned that I was aiming to release v0.4 this weekend but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make that happen. The final scenes of the update turned out to be a bit more complex and demanding than I expected, and they’ve taken more time to complete. That’s really the main reason behind the delay.

I know this might be disappointing, and I truly hate making you wait longer than expected. Right now, I’d rather not give a new release date until I’m fully confident, but I can say we’re very, very close. Just a little more time is needed to wrap things up properly.

Thanks as always for your patience and support it means a lot and keeps me going.

The delay is supposedly have a good excuse, but you have such a "ban" on teasers that this information does not cause anything other than negative emotions!

This is how this game handles end-of-update segues into the next iterations: hints of where it goes ... maybe ...

So, that "final boss" turned out be probably half of the renders not being ready.

I fail to see how a small hurdle could cause a 2-week delay.

My trust in this dev is basically non-existent by now...

I hate to say it... but I am right there with you. Seems to be another missed mark. This is his first game.. Be honest with those that follow you and more so to those that subscribe to you. If you think you need 2 month 3 months then say that and be on time. Many games cycle its that long. And, some are 30 to 45 days. Just deliver on what you promise. Just my thoughts..

Damn guys here are annoying as hell.....its not even been 3 months since the last release and most of the AVNs these days have 4-6 months release on average. Its not that big of a deal, delays can happen, its real life no one can predict what can happen in the future. Thats why most developers dont give out any release windows these days, to avoid baseless annoyance like this.
Dont like whats happening? just dont subscribe to his patreon and unfollow this thread.
Don't push your eagerness to see a new update under the guise of you being concerned or caring about the people who are paying. If the people who are paying dont like what's happening, they will unsubscribe. Get this unnecessary negativity out of here.
God i swear a developer misses a deadline and people start badmouthing the dev. You dont trust the dev? Cool, just ignore the game then.
I already told him never to give deadlines again. This is getting annoying as fuck to see negativity and "Update When" on this thread every single day.

WE are not bashing the Dev for his game.. Just his communication. This is a common theme here on F95 for some Dev's it is Communication. the biggest is ...don't say something and then don't. Or, if Life happens... send a quick note... No big deal. This is not negativity. just common sense. I and other here who comment are trying to help the Dev succeed... Look at Kingb... got in a car accident... He communicated that and all support his delay. Again he had a health problem.. Communicated and all support him again . Dimaijo333 is the same type. Communicate. Developer had a sofware problem early on and did send a note... All was good... Just my opinion..you have yours. I DO like this game and will follow it until he stops. It would just be more fun to have him match his own expectation. Not bashing anyone..

Just as a recap of the past few weeks:

Here are the facts:
In none of the developer's posts over the past few weeks has he given a precise date for any promises. He has only spoken about estimated dates, mentioning that he'll try to finish by then
Therefore, we can't label the developer with any negative tags
This isn't an AI game. The average update time for these kinds of games is 5 months, ranging from 3 to 15 months

[Deviloper]
I kindly ask that you only provide firm dates with a realistic range, rather than motivational targets. For example, if an update is expected in 3 months, please state "3 to 4 months from now." This isn't for my personal patience, which is abundant; rather, it's about managing the community's expectations given the game's popularity
