Overview:
Ménage à Moi is a drama about two people who are coming to terms with the end of their childhood.
Everything is changing: their lives, their families, and how they view their childhood friends.
Desire and inexperience will go hand-in-hand to allow romance to blossom in interesting ways.

so... is it futa protagonist? or male protagonist? Is it multiple protagonist? I believe that is a tag...
update: It's multiple protagonist. it needs the tag.

With futa turned off, every NPC is regular male/female. With futa turned on, every female LI will turn futa. For the two protagonists, its one male and one female protagonist, you play both of them.

Edit: Just did a quick test, if you turn futa on, the female protagonist will also turn into a futa.

Turning on futa makes every female a futa so yes.

BaasB, shouldn't this also have the multiple protagonist and futa/trans protagonist tags? You play as both Rico and Kiersten, and the game says they're both protagonists, "who pursue the same set of love interests. Essentially building one large harem." You also play both protags in this demo. Additionally, if you turn futa content on, Kiersten is futa, just like all non-male characters if you choose to turn futa on.
