ok everyone here is the solution for the bug when you leave the inn for the first time in the village.
take the file and put it in game folder\js\plugins

My Kaspersky freak the fuck out when I tried running the game update files, should I use this one instead
You 100% need to do the GameUpdate.bat or manual patch, it applies any edits/bug fixes dazed made after uploading the game. KuchiKuchiKu's file is different, but if you're getting crashes, you might as well download both.

i patched the game, now it shuts down instantly when i run it. Is it only me getting problems?
UPDATE: i redownloaded and patched, now it works perfect. i have no idea what happened wrong before. Thank you for translation.

It somehow reminds me of Tales games, especially with skits being called the same name, but also some more details shared with them like the party talking while you are exploring without pausing your game. It's not like those are unique to them since most rpgs use the same mechanics in general, but that's the feeling I get.
And something I'm not sure if it's a bug, if I haven't configured it right or what: the tag voiced
Looking at the files I'm not sure there would be much voicing, but at least I get nothing, just regular effects during h-scenes and nothing else so far like playing some "hey" "hmm" "oh" voice when a character speaks. Every sound is at 100% btw.
