I think you've got a borked v0.57. Redownload v0.57 Full, then apply update patch 0.60b and see if that fixes it. The error you described does not happen in my game.

Keep repeating the scenes and choose the option in red. Eventually you won't gain Lust Points from those scenes and should start to gain Lust Points from new scenes that should unlock once enough points have been gained. Don't forget to check your phone and roam around the house at night before going to sleep. If tempted to cheat or edit your save to increase Lust points, especially by too much, you could possibly have problems later on, or some scenes to be missed that you may need to progress later on, and you'll more than likely end up getting stuck. Hope that helps.
