I feel solid progress with purple hair is possible, either way get to know her a bit better.

What I feel is an amusing scene with the elder tenant, shows character of the MC.
Introduction of a new character, transgender girl, that is completely skippable for those who don't like that sort of thing. Honestly this scene was started last update and finished up early this one, but progress on any optional paths will be delayed a bit as I try to catch back up from this disaster of a month.

Yeah, renders in this game are definitely not the best out there, but the story and characters are amazing.
Quick scripts update to clear up a few of the bugs mentioned. Just extract it to the /game folder and replace the current scripts.rpa there.
Assuming you are using the compressed version, this one has the different versions unpacked out of the .rpa. Extract and Replace the same named files in the /game folder.

the update was kinda short but i like the game and how the story is progressing,wish we had a lot more content with the daughters tho.. all in all good game,looking further for future updates
