Nothing official was reported, but other players who had been following him for a while said he had a history of both mental and health issues. I'm hoping he just got tired of doing this and quit, because I can't think of any good alternatives.

No, it is just a small thing that nef has done to try something out for himself. As I'm quite sure that neither "loads of the content has been cut" nor that you "Can't fuck hardly anyone anymore" this would be a logical conclusion. The other would be that you would be a troll.
it's just as big with as much content as it has had since the last update about a year ago. If you have less content you either have a faulty download or doing something wrong.
Sounds like you got a bad download bro. Current version of this game has loads of sexy content with all the family members. Just not a satisfying conclusion. Size wise, it's bigger than many finished games in terms of lewd content.
