There is a bug when starting a new game.

Unzip the attached file in MidnightParadise-Elite-0.22-pc/game folder and start a new game.

It creates a location.rpy file in the MidnightParadise-Elite-0.22-pc/game/scripts folder.

There is no simple console command. But if you post your save I may be able to modify it to change Melissa path to Eliana's.
