Who wants to bet that the update isn't coming out this month. Lol
I don’t know why but I have a feeling that the update will be out in the next 2 days (before the end of the month 11:59:59 pm Hawaiian Time Zone), I have a feeling that this developer got it under control (for the most part).
I kind of agree, he has been delivering quite consistently mini updates for like 3 months in a row. Plus he has finished a game before. I doubt he would just quit all of a sudden.

I think it is because there are almost no good games being released these days and all the good games keep stretching the release frequency...

What is the possibility that in the future, in one of the future updates, DoD's landlady would come to Joyce's house and there would be some kind of scene with Connor and Joyce, like a double blowjob or maybe fuck with both, I know that possibly not pass, but it would be a great fanservice

Your interpretation can only be based upon your own very selective choice of definitions for those words, to reach that conclusion.
Based upon that, you've chosen what allows you to be contrarian toward a view that quite rightly points that what one person calls caring, is in fact obsessive behaviour, and that's almost never a good thing.
A person can have many friends, but not all friends will have the same level of regard from that person. Otherwise the age old concept of a "best friend" wouldn't exist. Not to mention that it's part of human nature to trust different people to different extents, based upon both how well we know someone, and the impression they give us of their character as an individual.

Midnight Paradise wasn't originally Landlady/roommate scenario when I was thinking about it in early 2018. A lot of patrons told me however that this is the type of content that they want. So there you go. That said, the next game I'll be making after Midnight Paradise will be different. I plan to finish the main story of Midnight Paradise in 6-8 more updates. There could be more content updates after that since this is a sandbox type game, but I can't say that for sure at this point.

They have not disclosed a new version release date yet. I wonder if its developed completely....
I would be more interested in what is his next game. Because from the passage it seems like he wanted to do something different straight after DOD but midnight paradise delayed it.

Whatever it's going to be - I hope we won't see another Engine/Coder switcheroo like MP did in the beginning. So I hope either he'll continue working with Ren'Py and Lain or that he'll have someone actually in the know working on Unity or whichever engine.
But given the headaches of going Unity before I somehow doubt we'll see a repeat of that.
