I play without expectation Until that scene when she said some words I couldn't continue playing. I turned it off and so far I haven't resumed playing....this is going crazy.

This is so true! That's why I currently have stopped ALL my pledges!
Until this mindset changes, there won't be any more pledges from me, sorry dev's.
Unfortunately, it's the smaller- or startup dev's that are the ones that suffer most from this "milking pandemic", so I guess it's up to them to actually deliver, prove themselves and speak up against the developers that are abusing the system and their ignorant supporters.
I wish that this site was a little more "user friendly" so that the common user could easily identify the developers that are actually producing game content and not just wallpapers and polls... As this site obviously is a major player in game development, exposure and thereby Patreon revenue, I feel like some features like this are needed or else "we" are just contributing to- or encouraging this milking pandemic.

Are you actually talking about this dev? he deliveres like 200 renders a year and with the last update 1/4 of them were in that dreadfull scene

I don't think the problem here is "milking" I think there are other issues, mainly the dev has no idea where he wants the story to go. But the comment I was responding to was making it seem like devs that "milk" their supporters are the norm when that is not true. Most devs work on their games and fulfil their promises.
