Looking at the gallery (for v0.17 Elite, which I downloaded some time ago), he's more of a sex-pest creepy sleep molester than anything else. I counted 17 scenes where the MC is molesting people while they sleep, against 11 scenes with penetrative sex; of which 4 are with Isabel, the 2 with Ruby are variants of the same scene, and none are with the mom. Mind you, this was in a gallery with over 150 listed scenes.

I can get behind a slow burn, but damn. Now & Then has zero scenes the first chapter. The Ch2 had one where the MC walks in on Carol (his adoptive daughter) in the bathroom while she's in the shower. Ch3 is a dream with the MC's deceased wife. Ch4 has some groping with Carol, a dream of the MC's sexy MILF family friend, and Carol waking up the MC by sucking his cock. Everything culminates in Ch5 when they finally fuck each other, and then the literal rest of the game (an additional 20 chapters worth) is them fucking. All the goddamn time. Plus the MC has the option to fuck at least 5 other love interests (Naomi, Alice, Sydney, Hana, and Julie) over the course of the game.
