Start from the beginning. There's enough content to fill a whole day, but fair warning, it might take a week because navigating the menus, the locations, and being at right place at the right time for a given goal just eats time and patience. There's also a couple different routes for some of the girls, and so I would imagine you'd rather make those choices yourself.

Here is a new patch. It enables:
- incest (no need to manually change relationship ingame)
- sleep stuff (grope/have sex with girls during their sleep)

Put the file in <MP directory>/game folder.

The patch is compatible with all versions of the game, including future releases.
This patch is compatible with any other mods you could use.

i might be mistaken, but from reading comments I think 90% players only care about this game cause of mommy character.

This probably incentivises dev to stall her update for as long as possible, if they'd be smart they'd complain about game not having enough ruby content.
