At some point, I think you used the "sleep stuff" patch and removed it. Did you do something like that?
My dislike for Steam Early Access program is immeasurable, but you pay the price and get access to a product for the duration of development and then you also receive completed version.
Patreon, on other hand, bills you monthly and therefore is utterly abusable. The only reason it exists is because people are too frivolous with their money, but hey, first world problems, yeah.
I tremendously enjoyed DoD and you could literally feel author's passion for the game.
Now, it feels like he got nothing left to say, but receiving monthly paychecks forces him to keep going, even though he is out of gas.
It started as passion, ended up as a business. Oh well, never seen that before.
Hope for the best, expect the worst.

It's a bug. It should appear earlier but for now, it appears on the map only after a scene on Isa's storyline. So continue playing other storylines.

Why are you guys so damn negative lmao.
I played 0.17 to the last event and I thought it was a wonderful game (besides the fact that it's unfinished obviously). The characters are extremely well done, they are diverse (both in shape/style of bodies and in personality), they have a huge amount of scenes (and the game isn't finished), and it's very subjective but I found the story to be interesting (except the drug thing that comes way too artificially but w/e I can accept it). The family girls are actually deep (for an adult game, yeah it's not AAA quality, sure), I absolutely loved Ruby and I actually felt like her character, her sadness and sorrow was very well done for instance.
It's slow to advance, sure. Don't think it's a big deal, it's not a big company behind it. I would even argue that I'd rather be it that way than just throwing sex scenes all around without building them just to satisfy the "hey it's an adult game I just want to fap and I don't want to grind, that's it".
I could honestly during these hours of playtime feel the love and passion behind its craft, maybe it's just me and you'd think I'm a naive fool but I don't care that much. well 1st, he didn't post updates for this for ~2 years and next abandoned this at some point to update dod's graphics until continued this and 3rd when he gets interested about mp again players need to restart from scratch.
I feel like what he did during those 2 years (revamping the whole sandbox idea, adding a ton of events for the girls, being able to see and feel the progression of the corruption/love + advancing the different stories + extra scenes like elite and such) was fine for the time spent, there are many devs that don't do that in 2 years let's not lie to ourselves about it, so I think the work is there, to me there's no cheat about it. Maybe it would have been better if he released it in episodes but personally I always wait for a lot of content before playing, I don't like to play each update all the time every 2 months for instance.
The DoD thing was weird, yeah.
The 3rd point you made I feel doesn't weight a lot imho, not that many people play a game just for the last update after 2 years, I think most would have forgotten many things and would have restarted it again anyway. And it was probably impossible to do anyway since as said previously he revamped many things in the game.
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to paint the dev as a saint who did no wrong, I've just read the last 3 pages and I thought you guys were being pretty unfair to him. Like, there are devs that lie, that manipulate, that gaslight, that cheat on their patreons, etc... We can all mention a few. I just don't feel like it's the case here.
