Yep, Elite told me to relay everyone here that they should wait till it goes for lower tier and begging for a hero continuously won't really help.
Also android folks, first let it arrive for PC then you may start screaming "Android version plz" "Anyone Android" " Any Hero for Android"

The elite was already released and it’s available to the 40$ patron since then. It’s just the person who used leaked elite version not leaked this new version. Probably because he/she is not a patron of lewdlab anymore

I don't know if the in-game walkthrough fixed this one, but iirc, there was a scene with Natsuko first before you could visit Throne's house at night. To trigger it, go sleep at your basement first (manually click the bed, don't use the quick button). After this Natsuko scene, you should be able to trigger Throne's office scene.
