Does anybody know how to delete all of your previous save file as well as reset your gallery I have been trying to find that out but I can't seem to find it please help me thank you for your time

For the save files, go to your File Explorer and make sure you can "View" your "Hidden Items".
Then go to:
C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
then find the game, in this case, MidnightParadise...
inside you'll find all the "save files".
As for the Gallery, what do you mean by resetting it..?
If you want to see all the scenes in the Gallery, download Bibifoc's "Gallery Unlock".
(wait, the link is missing from the OP.. let me find it.. then I'll post it)

Thank you for your help as for the gallery I want to reset the entire gallery meaning that I want everything to be locked not unlocked so I can play through the game fresh ty

Do you see this in the top left-hand corner of the Gallery.?
You just have to Check it.

Just expanding on the provided answer for future reference and games without a gallery mod installed. The folder in appdata with the save files should also have a file called "persistent" - that's what controls settings and unlockables, so if you delete that, your gallery will reset (it's a bit like a factory reset for the game, I guess). The appdata folder is a backup of the sames folder in your game location, so you'd need to make sure the persistent file is removed from both locations.

That's what happens when you spend the majority of the game prolonging sex with the main LIs just for the sake of it instead of well-thought-out planning and developing. He pretty much floundered most of the time until recently and now everything feels rushed.

Glad I'm not the only who feels like the dev lost direction with this game. It is no DoD.
I feel like he should bring it to a close and begin a new project. I don't even know what's going on with the story anymore.

My main concern is it sounds like we're closing in on the end of the game now, but I don't feel like the main storyline outside of the girls (the drugs and the secret watcher/voice) is anywhere near finished. And what happened with Natsuko, for instance? And also, dev seems to have forgotten it, but technically I have a girlfriend in this game. I haven't seen her in ages (unless I call for a sleepover...)

natsuko left town a while ago. brunette gf was seen a while ago when she came to harding's apartment in the middle of night, blonde had brief thing at mc's apartment.
