Yes, the "main story" but there will be "more" scenes with her added in the next update, they will be the sandbox events which take place before the end of the story. The DLC will also have them in it as well, so again it is not the end. The DLC is another story and a side one, hence them going to an Island, and no other information is known about the Wolves' Den yet.

There is a sandbox update after the final story update that will add in more scenes to the story, but not after the end of it, they will be added between the beginning and the end.
