I can't talk with the teacher anymore and I talked with the sister about modeling, is there anything else for me to do? (and I did the sleeping pills thing with the mom)

I really hate playing games no background sound. There are too many games with excellent renders running on Unity with no sound. Can you guys with more experience let me know it is a hassle to put it in or copyright issues? Thank you so much!!!

I'm the opposite. I almost always don't like the sound in games. I'd much rather listen to my iTunes playlist. It's currently playing (Don't Fear) The Reaper. :)

The Oyster club version or maybe the Beautiful South variant? Kinda lot of others too i know..
Music is very situational. The right tune does wonders.. most Dev don't bother. Some bother but i wish they wouldn't. Its rarely a hit. When it is now thats nice.

I liked the Music in DoD and it also works well in City of Broken Dreamers for example. What I don't like paticularly is when most of the game is silent and then only one Scene gets Background Music. What's almost Always more miss than hit is Sound effects - creaking doors, moaning, vibrator sounds and especially the godawful sounds some games use around "Insertion".

That being said - this game really needs to get other stuff in order before Tackling the Sound issue because if it's an uplayable mess it doesn't matter if it does or doesn't do so in silence.

De mousepointer is still there but invisible. If you hoover with your invisible pointer over an option, it highlights. Then you can see what you click.

I understand your point, Lewdlab apologist. I personally am wondering why it was released in this buggy state. Now don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind waiting for something that I generally get for free, I'm just wondering from a developer's point of view, why I'd choose to release a buggy incomplete product(in the middle of the month, so he's not in a hurry to give the version to people before next payday) instead of taking a few days more to fix it.
By the way, just to add, I think the bugs have something to do with the saves. A friend who played the game for the first time on this version didn't experience any bugs.
Yeah i agree on the fixing the game part.

I hope this is not a bad sign ?
Lewdlab is taking a break and will not charge patrons in the upcoming billing cycle on May 1, 2019. Billing will resume on June 1, 2019.
Learn more about why a creator skipped their upcoming billing cycle .
Maybe he need to take a break to sort himself out like what happened to milfy city.

I think this is just the right thing they needs!A Fresh Mind Set.
They had enough time to sort it out after DoD and Lost Memories ended.

DoD: 2018-06-30 (last release)
Lost Memories: 2018-9-15 (last release)
Source: Game threads on F95

After that they took a (long) paid vacation (paid by patrons). As said before in an earlier post: I don't have a problem with Devs take a vacation or month off - and I really recommend it for Devs to do it before they burn out!

However, during the early development stage they had enough time to test the new engine (Action/Adventure Creator) and make adjustments by December! The first official release was end of February - after a delay.

For me it is an evidence that Lewdlab focused to much on the "eye-candy" do make the UI look all sparky and shinny without even testing the engine. After copy and paste all renders in a hurry they realized that the engine doesn't work the way the thought it would (copy and paste renders and dialogues, clicking buttons and set marks on options to enable features). The result was a clusterfuck of version 0.1!

Either he gets good programmers who are able to customize Action/Adventure Creator or they switch back to Ren'py (assuming they can code in Ren'py). Worst case scenario: Dr. Sin gets a mental breakdown and abandons Midnight Paradise.

Well After the last update...Thats pretty StraightForward. They made DoD didnt they..so the Devs do have potential not some amateurs..People make mistakes thats part of the process..Just give them some time..you never know..you might be surprised with the result and from their previous statistics i think you can a put a little more faith in them.

DoD and Lost Memories were nothing compare to Midnight Paradise in coding.
