Never thought about this before but isn't sunday the beginning of the next week? where I'm from the week ends on Saturday.

That's indeed different in some countries. That's also the reason why e.g. Microsoft Outlook allows you to configure which day the week starts on. As far as I have seen in most discussions on this forum the week is most often assumed to end on Sunday.
Given that he said that the exact release date would be a surpirse I kinda hoped it would be early but most likely it meant: still some stuff to do and I'll release it when it's done.

Maybe worse, he can release the update on the last possible time zone of "Sunday" (UTC-12)

ISO 8601 declares Monday as the first day of the week and Sunday the last day (day 7). ISO 8601 is used by the majority of countries.
But as always the US of A don't give a fuck about international standards and use their Jewish-Catholic system. Means, for them Sunday is the first day of the week and Saturday the last day (Day 7).
Muslim-majority countries use a different weekday system as well. They consider Friday and Saturday as weekend and Sunday to Thursday as "workweek".

I don't care when will the update drop, i just hope it will have some decent amount of content in.
So far every single update was somewhat disappointing, i've been consecutively lowering my expectations after each update, so far that they are pretty much at the rock bottom now.

I wouldn't mind actually if he halted the whole story development for like at least one update and focus on developing the characters that are in the game right now instead of introducing new characters nobody really asked for.
It's pretty silly that the only way of interacting with our family is by giving them massages and creeping on them while they sleep.
Either elaborate on that more (not just another level of massage but a whole new activities) or just scrap the whole "Sandbox" idea and move on with a Visual Novel type of game.

Yeah that sandbox sounds good on paper,but in reality it may take 3+years to finish the game.Which is ridiculous for a game that is suppose to have only 6 more updates than DOD.

I'm from a Muslim majority country and the week starts with Saturday and ends with Friday. Our weekends are Thursday and Friday and the workdays are Saturday to Wednesday. We also have a different calendar but most of the time it's only used for religious porpuses.

Yeah, I saw that for some Muslim countries weekend is either Thursday-Friday or Friday-Saturday.

It used to be Thursday-Friday but some countries changed it to Friday-Saturday to make it easy to work with non-muslim companies.
