I'm a huge fan of the game obviously, but I can totally understand the frustrations coming from the players. Shut does happen in life, however. I caught Covid and it was brutal, even after I got it out my system there was lasting effects. Don't know if that's the case with Sin and I can't comment on whether the situation with his translator is legit or not because I don't know. What I do know is I love these projects, hope both DOD and MP get up and running again sooner than later.
Honestly I'd have a hell of a lot more respect for devs if they were straight with their fan base. When you get back to back excuses from a dev like their computer died, got terribly ill, grandma passed away, girlfriend got covid, ect., it seems like they're implying they think you're a brain dead retard who would believe the dev has awful karma and the entire universe is seeking to create game delays to address this moral inequity.
Like just tell your fan base you thought wanking off nearly every hour of your life was a more productive use of your time compared to actually developing your game. They'll understand.

I thought the remaster was a great idea but now it’s just taking too much time and is interfering with everything else.

What exactly are the specs on the remaster of DoD? 1080p or higher renders? 60fps animations? I know DoD was started several years ago, so I assume original is 720p. I can't recall if DoD even had animations.
What's disappointing for me is that even when the remaster is finished I won't be able to enjoy it because I didn't find anything appealing about DoD's story.
I also regret breaking my rule and picking up Midnight Paradise before any sex with the main female leads as well. Maybe I wouldn't feel so increasingly apathetic towards this game if I didn't have to deal with years of dragged out blue balling.
So 2years have passed after launch of the MP. MC has not had sex with main female or male character. Nevertherless the patrons like the developer and do not leave him despite the lack of progress. Obviously he has no ideas where to move the vignette.

What mindset a person needs to have for not finishing the current content, and try to remaster an old, but very nicely made game to begin with supposedly better visual, you barely have enough content with the current game to begin with, come back to reality, PLEASE.

LOL. At this point, it's just better to forget this one. As I said in a previous post, it should be renamed " Foreplay Paradise ". I'm really skeptical concerning an eventual sex scene in the next update (if there will be one). A footjob/boobjob and another wait for perhaps a Christmas BJ.

At the level of patronage that Lewdlab is at there shouldn’t be any problems getting the equipment to churn out renders and animations 24/7. So the delays are evidently due to him being slow or lazy on posing and coding. Or he’s burnt out like Icstor. Move your money to a more productive dev cause most of them are now taking patrons for granted/horny fools.

Are you seriously going to sit there and tell me that grinding for money just to buy a camera that you use exactly once and then never again ads no real depth or value to the game?
The game being sandbox is just an excuse for a dev to create a shorter update, but since it is in sandbox format and you have to grind, it has the appearance of being bigger.
In the last week, i started two games that had beautiful female renders, Anne School something( i forgot) and Big Brother. And the way those games are implemented with the clock and certain time for someone to be at a certain point and griding to be possible to do anything at all, it´s just too excruciating and painful to be worthy, despite said beautiful female renders.
Of course there are games with sandbox that their implemention is just places to go and nothing more. Those are okay, stil.....
