It seems to me that the scenes of love and lust are reversed? With a high indicator of lust, a scene in Isabel's room follows and is accompanied by the words "I love him", "He is the one", and with a love route, the scene in MC's apartment is more lustful with appropriate verbal accompaniment.

No, you were right, there is a twin brother, but I can see how someone would forget he exists since he's basically just there at the start to kick off the "competing to take over Dad's company" thing and you almost never see or hear from him again (I think 0.13 was the last version I played though, so maybe he's shown up since then).
