Seriously, people: We're at the stage of a functional TECH-DEMO, and you're already complaining about what the game DOES NOT have.
I'm on the tester team, and not even I know what the game will (or will NOT) include once it is complete.
If you've played Faerin's games, you know it's going to be a fun ride. There will be some twists and turns, some gameplay to figure out, and some sexy-fun-times. Well, probably, based on the previous games.
Like I said, even I'm not sure how this will play out. Try to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. At least until we get past the first couple content versions?

If you have played Faerin's other games, you know grindy sandbox is his MO. Man of the House was pretty much unplayable without the cheats. I thought Incest was too, so that's why I'm a bit disappointed. I guess some Mum/daughter or Sisterly harem incest would be fine too.

(a) there will be games more suited to your preferences than this will (probably, I mean we don't really know it yet, but you claim that you dislike the dev's MO, so it may be a safe bet)
(b) you will learn that there are games which Faerin doesn't even come close to in terms of grind for money and/or stats (and I played MotH without cheats multiple times, it is not even in the top half for stat-and-money boxes)

The dev is recongized for his previous ic games, since he claims there is no ic at all in this latest game, can't see it gaining any traction whatso ever. There are too many crappy sandbox games already out there with the endless grind and this won't be any different. I hope the game works out for him, but he has already developed his niche followers for his ic games, this will be a kick in the face to them.That could be because there is no content for it yet, it's a tech demo!

I think you misunderstand my point. I find his games grindy, but incest is my jam, so I don't mind that at all. So why change my preferences if I like his games fine?
Also was not complaining about his MO. Man of the House is one of my favorite OG porn games. Was just saying that without the incest, I would probably not find the grind worth it. The juice would not be worth the squeeze.

Although I do find it fun to work within the restrictions Faerin sets. MC is 7 years younger than the Mother character? How can we make that work?

As long as we're pining for fetishes, I want to see some enforced nudity. I was originally drawn to Mystwood Manor for the progressively skimpier outfits, and these new maids seem like they'll fill a similar niche. Hopefully, we can get the core family in on the action.
Storywise, the maids are great additions. They add a new layer to the power dynamics being set up here. The veteran maid has a ton of soft power, while the newbie has nothing except for (speculatively) a sympathetic ear and a mean streak. I suspect the MC will use her to manipulate the family.
Question: Do the starting relationship values reflect the final values? I find it hard to believe someone who hates the MC would choose to employ him.

It is not certain yet, though odds are they will change some. As for the why, we don't know why she hired him at all, to be honest, once we learn that, we will be able to speculate. My assumption is that she didn't have a lot of options, and he came highly recommended, it is also feasible that she resents the MC as much for why he is there, as his personality, or whatever reason she might have (maybe she just dislikes men in general). But we won't know for sure until next month when we start testing the next part.
