I can't get 7.0 to load, I get the loading screen and the progress bar fills, but then it doesnt do anything. tried it on 2 different machines. unzipped using 7zip

I seem to be stuck with Olivia and "I should try to talk her, to get to know her better". This was after the Spa Scene. This came up after the Spa Scene... I talked to her about herself and every other subject several times but it doesnt move forward. Also have lingerie bought for her after buying for Victoria but Im also not able to give it to Olivia. Anyone any ideas?

Can you attach your player log, please?
Use the Windows + R keys and paste the following in your Run box:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Midnight Sin

You will need to add your log to a .zip, .rar or .7z file before uploading.

Odds are, you have the game in a system folder.
Try moving it to something like C:\Games.

Then you need to remove the mod and start over.

And to put it bluntly, I never really did the walkthrough with players in mind. I mainly did it for our (the guys on the team) benefit. Considering we have to remember nearly every detail down to the letter in 3 different games (and one in the works after this game is complete) whenever there's a game help question that comes up, we're bound to forget a lot of the details without it. Especially after a few years, and if the question isn't a "commonly asked" question.

But as a courtesy, I provided the walkthrough to the players, not so they can be hand held, but mainly so they can compare their stats with the ones we got during testing, or for help in solving the door code. Sometimes certain things get missed along the way (like the open dialogs for instance), since there's only one time throughout the entire game that gets mentioned in the hints.

Not to mention, people that skip through the dialog through their entire game-play and miss certain important details; like when and where they can earn extra money for instance, or what stats they need to perform certain tasks or do certain events. So the walkthrough helps with that, too.

Now as for the workouts that I put in the walkthrough, most players don't/wouldn't know they needed their stats to be at the mid-way point in order to do three of the events (training Victoria, taking Olivia to her swimming competition and helping Annabelle with her nude modeling, in that precise order) by the time they got to them. So to save them some time, that was the reason for their inclusion. In that way, by the time they got to those events, they would have the minimum required stats in order to complete those three events (you're welcome, BTW). It would be up to them to do the rest of the workouts in order to max out his stats. Those can be done at any time during your playthrough (or after, if you so chose), so that he's 100% in his profile and you get the last achievement for it.

Think about that next time before inserting your foot in your mouth...

So to reiterate, if you don't like the walkthrough, make your own and/or don't use the one I provided.

Jesus Christ dude, dont take it personally. I figured you would want to know if there was a slight fucking mistake in the guide after using it as shit changes as games get developed. I didn't know it would be akin to shooting your dog and stepping on your bird.
