I had the same problem. In the end, I restarted the entire playthrough because I could no longer continue. The part that I apparently missed or skipped somehow was “In the evening, she’s usually talking on the phone in her room.” It seems the events have a specific order: first, you need to go to her room at 7:00 PM, and then trigger the living room scene at 9:00 PM.
Cheats can actually be "part of the problem" as we've seen it happen all the time when people use it. And if you use it, we won't offer support for it because it can and will bug your game.
The code is a puzzle, you need to match the colors to the paintings and then to the book names and numbers. If you are still struggling, you can check the guide in the OP.
Once you have them, give them to Becca when she is doing laundry (if you have the hint).

Yes it has a gallery, and the save linked in the OP should be for the latest version, so you only have to do the new scenes.
