At least he's not dead, he's been posting on Patreon every month, something about technical problems from what we can see of the post previews. If you come on here again DignifiedPerversion any chance of a short update for those of us who aren't currently patrons?

I'd guess from other postings that family issues overtook any time they had for game creation (and maybe left dev unmotivated to slog through all the unsexy steps needed to make a game release). There's no reason to suspect anything more dire.
