This was a interesting game i must say, rather short if you are not stuck in whatever "puzzle" you were trying to solve, the thing with Roz could have been a good set up for a sequel but it seems that Sugar Romance dissapeared since the game is no longer on DL site for some reason.

It's in the witch's house outside of the manor, you can go out when you collect all elemental orbs

Using the clean clothes, you'll get it in 1F long halway alongside the first stature you come across
