When I start the new game I would definately take my time - I need to train a couple Loras for SDXL with expressions I need, and also I'll need to train (or merge) a mixed style Lora, to lessen the amount of Loras I use in one prompt. Then I'll write a plot with wide strokes, and create a characters I need there. Then I train Loras for them, to make them stable (for now I only use Mila's Lora, that's why Bob's and Paul's faces are unstable). Then I'll start to write scripts and generate pictures. I should train style Lora right now, because otherwise it may affect my workflow in the future, but the style will change again and people may not like that. So that's why I probably won't.
For now I want to stabilize my workflow and take a grasp of making a VN, because I've never done it before, and this way of storytelling is new to me. I need to understand what looks good and what's not, what's important and what's not. I don't know any other way than make it bit by bit with "trial and error" type of attitude

There are 2 and 3 frames animations in most of H-scenes in the game. A simple ones)
Stable diffusion helps with making images. With some additional effort you can make animations. There is some ways to make animations with AI too - my frames Loras for example, but they are too stiff, in my opinion.

I have 4090 - one base picture generates in about 8-9 seconds, then I have about 200 generations per picture on inpainting, that takes more time if I use rifiner models - about 30 seconds per picture. Expressions variations are easier to make most of the time

The reason behind the way of prioritizing is that those CGs are seen once, and sprites used a couple of times, but I'll think about making CGs first
Saves from 1.2.10 should work fine, older ones could have errors. I don't plan any refactoring in the nearest future, but I won't make any promises)

It's not a gloryhole, it's Mila's training with BBC dildo in NTR route. Those were deleted from the game when the Great Purge happened. For now this route is on hold, I'll come back to it when netorase route is finished
