The simple answer is probably "a bit of everything."
I’ve more or less figured out the pacing and how I want to build the scenes, so I guess the loyal route looks the most polished so far.
But it’s also intentional — I want the loyal route to show a more "real" Paul and Mila.
You won’t find crazy oversized stuff like in the NTS route, or BBC clichés like in the NTR one.
If the NTR and NTS routes feel more like different fantasies Mila is living out (which, by the way, is exactly why she’s so willing and capable in those routes — she wants it, and that’s why everything clicks, unless the "training" itself is just another fantasy),
then the loyal route is more about the true path.

Technically, the loyal route will also split a little — between Paul's "fantasy" of a harem (that we, as the player, can help make real)
and the true loyal path where Mila and Paul stay together, spice up their relationship, but stay completely faithful to each other.
In the latest update, we finally tackled Mila’s insecurity and fear — and gave her back her faith in Paul's love.
Which means now she can shift her focus to his thoughts and desires... and start bringing his fantasies to life too even if it hurts a little.
Exhibitionism will be in loyal route, as well with watersports and group scenes with Paul and girls. That's the plan. Also there wll be some hardcore scenes with toys, probably bondage stuff and obviously lots of anal, because I love itQuestionable stuff I will try to make optional, because not everyone like it.
Camgirl route probably will have an option "no actual cheating" if you won't count spanking and kissing as cheating at least. Or I will adjust ntr route a bit making the scene in antique store optional... Dunno, will think about later)
The only thing I would mention but on the NTS route I'm fairly certain there's an option for her to tell bob she has no interest in anal but then as her scene with him progresses she seems to get on board fairly quickly it just felt off to me that if she had no interest in or was incredibly hesitant to do it that she would buckle that easy without it being slowly introduced maybe with Paul training her for it sort of thing , it's not a dealbreaker or anything I just thought it was worth mentioning, now I could be completely misremembering as its been a while since I've played that route
Also I am curious considering there is quite a substantial amount of anal play any plans to introduce rimming into the game either male on female or female on male , obviously it's not everyone's cup of tea but I've always thought of it to be something that goes hand in hand with heavy anal play
Plus it's very rare to see it in games which is something I've never understood considering some of the scenes you would see in some games

I can also add that this whole theme is closely tied to the deep desires that often surface later in life.
Desires that can be scary to even admit to yourself — let alone share with someone you love.
Sometimes you respect your partner so much that you feel almost ashamed to tell them what you really want to do with them or them do to you.
And if we’re talking about real relationships, not fictional ones — it takes a huge amount of trust and courage to open up like that.
Because when you reveal those hidden, vulnerable parts of yourself, even a careless word or action could leave real scars.
As for roleplay — Mila is more interested in control, dominance, and submission games.
If anal is what fits the mood, she's willing to give it a try.
But for her, it’s not just about the anal itself (even if she ends up enjoying that too) — it’s about the context behind it.
And yes, I do plan to add rimming into the game — definitely in the sugardaddy route and Bob's route, at least.
It’s a little tricky to handle though, because either we end up showing only disconnected body parts (which I don't really like — I prefer full scenes where you can see the characters properly),
or we hide the entire rimming act as implied thing.
Maybe that’s why it's so rare to see it done well.

From what I've seen on the loyal route she is slowly coming round to Paul's dominant side and I would imagine that will only grow based on Paul's conversation with her in the latest update
But looking forward to seeing what way you handle the rimming scenes as like you say they can be tricky to do but I must admit I'd love to see it in the loyal route also obviously not immediately as she's slowly warming up to the idea

This. Some women when they were younger and had serious relationships, they couldn't have anal sex either because they were pressured or they didn't trust their partner enough. When they were older and had a spontaneous relationship in which their guys made them feel comfortable, they had anal sex and they didn't regret. Often one finds a person that's right for them, but they settled for someone far earlier due to expectations from friends and family once a "relationship" hits certain road marks.
I think the loyal path doesn't work because Paul falls into the "relationship" category, and Mila is like the majority of American women...a whore at her core that gets represented in the BBC route, and rebelling against social norms by falling for someone that her support network would never approve of in Bob. People gravitate to those story lines of rebelling and cheating because that's where the majority find themselves contemplating once the wool is pulled and they see things clearly...while the ones that are in the fresh stages before waking up buy into the fantasy that is the loyal path.
