Just in case anyone wants it I put together a quick and dirty hack to unlock the scenes. Extract the app folder in the rar to the resources folder. When you go to the gallery and click one of the scenes the screen will shake and they will all be unlocked just click again. The Tenzu scene jump wasn't even implemented so I had to do it myself hence why when you click that one it plays dialogue and after a bit goes to the image. Definitely not cool of the dev to just leave broken shit in such a good game.

It doesn't unlock all scenes, It actually made the ones that I unlocked locked again. All of them are locked now.
I double checked with a fresh install and nothing has changed, I would recommend redownloading the game and then extracting the app folder from the rar to the resources folder in that one. Like I said it was a very quick and dirty hack and I even had to add some code, so it could probably be finicky but really shouldn't be. When you click a scene does the screen shake?

The fuck, I cant load my save to get other endings and my gallery recent every time i quit the game or start a new playthrough

Basically, no matter what option you choose - your mother having long-term NTR sex with her best friend is inevitable - the NTR ending just explains why your best friend showed up at your house mid-game
Is it? I kind of understood it a different way. If you´ll notice the mother only ends up having sex with the other kid if your choices are dismissive/agressive towards her.
To me that suggests that she ends up having sex with the best friend only if the MC choices make her feel alienated. Basically if MC pushes her away she looks for affection elsewhere.
If MC doesnt push her away she doesnt and remains "normal".
