The usual options for changing fonts are missing from the accessibility settings and there are no alternatives in the options, so the only way of making this playable is editing the gui.rpy by hand:

The game code comes prepackaged in an rpa-container (basically a big package file containing a number of files jumbled up within it), so you'll need to unpack it first. A tool like

or unren can do that, but I'm afraid it can be a bit fiddly if you're new to it.


The better solution would be for the dev just to include a few font choices in the preferences, obviously.
