I looked at the saves, you're in a big hurry. This is the reason why the stones did not appear. Before each chapter there is always a warning that you need to finish everything in it. To avoid missing anything, take a look at the walkthrough.
And don’t call yourself dumb, it’s not your fault, but the game code has a very delicate system of chapters that must be taken into account.
This often happens to people here because they are in a hurry to get through the story. So take your time and look at the walkthrough especially before moving on to the next chapter, then there will be no such bugs.
If you don’t want to replay it, then download a clean save of the fourth chapter, it was made before the beginning of the fifth, so that everything is done in it, just go to the next chapter

So, I hit the end of chapter 6 part one, is there a way to teleport or leave the area to return and do other things or am I just stuck until the next update?

5 i believe i just talked to the npcs to unlock them but they don't show up on the board but the hunt 9 does if i use the cheat menu

Hunts 6-8 are unlocked as follows in the fifth chapter.

The eighth becomes available if you take the task from the blacksmith, he will ask you to find an Amazon with white hair. Next, the Amazon will put forward her conditions, namely six stars of the bronze rank, if the condition is met, the eighth hunt will open and the opportunity to grow a plant for jumping. It will be necessary to complete the eighth troll hunt.
And the ninth hunt opens in the sixth chapter in a new location. In the city of Abar, there is a house on the right at the entrance to the city; in it you will find a boy who will tell you about the debt and if you give him a sum of money, he will give you a task for the ninth hunt.
If my explanations are not clear, here is a walkthrough without it, you will miss a lot of things and make bugs. And don’t use the cheat menu for this; it’s not a panacea for all problems, just a last resort against real bugs. And hunting works anyway if you do everything right.
