I have made a video pack that reintroduce the Olivia sex scene at the start of the game.
You have to choose the old or current scene (see the picture).

Unzip to the game folder and overwrite the old file (a backup is provided).

EDIT 2: I have missed to put the file ach_910242.jpg in the zip. It's now fixed. Thanks to Knight of the Dawn

I prefer her chunky version versus what she turned into.

Overview:
