I just got the newest version and all the SMS are in Russian. I cannot find a fix or workaround (in game or searching here). Anyone have any suggestions?

My game is stuck on inserting the disk (movie watching quest), though I have finished the quest. It's still there on the quest menu, and I can't move further. (Note: I did use some cheats.)
