Mac version: I finally got it to run! Here's what you have to do:
1. Open a Terminal window. Move this onto the left half of your screen.
2. Open a Finder window where you see the Milf Resort application. Move this to the right half of the screen.
3. In Terminal, type chmod -R +x (leave a space after the x, don't hit return yet)
4. Click on the Milf Resort app and 'drag and drop' it after the 'chmod -R +x' text in Terminal.
5. Hit return.
6. Close Terminal and double click Milf Resort to start playing.

Completed all the events leading up to the hot tub meeting where you find the lighter. Except there's nobody at the hot tub.
I've put the candles on top the yoga building already, made the cocktail, had every dialogue option with character. Not sure how to trigger the hot tub scene...

After the Clinic HJ/BJ I can see officer Jada in front of the dog's house, but I can't talk to her.
Am I supposed to talk to her?

The minigame to trap the third thief in the villa has a game-breaking bug. When I have successfully locked Alex in the bathroom, I am not allowed to advance any further in my escape. All except the bathroom door says that I cannot reach them, and it goes into a constant loop of the Alex threatening the MC. Starting over from a previous save does not fix the issue.

Edit: I figured out how to get past the bug. Save the game and shut it down, then start the game up again and load your most recent save, preferably one right before the mini game.
