You need a form that is on the table on the right side of Gloria to give it to the receptionist but you have to fill it out try all the personages of the game

He appears randomly once per day. You have to go in the garden every hour and check if he's there. If he is not go back in the house and to the computer for 1 hour and try again until you find him.
