The game is separated in two parts, 0.14 is the end of part 1

0.14 is Part 1
0.15 and above (recent) is the Part 2

Part 1 has some grinding so read through on how to use the cheat.
Part 2 is more straight forward but if you start with that one you will miss on lots of hot scenes and may have trouble understanding the plot

Each supporter tier would be shown a separate "bonus/gift image" relating to MD (but not strictly game-related). There are several images already in the Gallery that could have easily been something like this before being placed in the public-view game Gallery.
So, are these "bonus gifts" similar?
