While this game has some of the best art and characters I have ever seen, the writing is pretty much the worst I've ever encountered. Please consider getting a new writer. It seems that whoever did the writing for this game is very illiterate and not well-versed in English

Not quite. If Sharon was vetted, and accepted, as an employee by Dad's company she would have had to show strong evidence of her worthiness to that company. Plus character references from OTHER people.
Even if you want to argue she's a blackmailing mastermind to coerce enough people to substantiate her bona fides, surely she would "lie in the weeds" rather than dress, talk and act as she does.
