1. No. Part 3 totally changed the way the game works. Adding them together so it will be just 1 big download instead of many small ones doesn't really serve any positive purposes. This way , new players can start mid-game and keep up to date with newer updates better rather than forcing them to play a huge amount of hours just to catch up.
