First try the following because I think you mixed up something.
1. Download (AGAIN) the latest part which I just (1 minute ago) reuploaded.
2. Download the SaveFile that is on 1st post (right below the game download link and place it where the saves are stored
3. Load that Save and continue from the Walkthrough

There shouldn't be any detective. Once you talk with Alicia and she leaves the Gym , you should visit Jason at his shop where he will tell you a few things in order to progress.

after i talk with Alicia at gym, i go there and talk with Jason but nothing happen, is that a bug? i'm stuck

Having the same problems as Reikoku.
Playing on Mac.
I did talk with Alicia in the Gym and she did leave.
I tried loading from the Savefile that is posted on Page 1 but still have the same problems.

Same trouble with Jason at the shop, no progress.

Yes, i went to the gym and she left, i am using my save file, i dont know how and were to place a new downloaded save file, playing in PC.

It is fixed now guys. Download the newer version please and resume your game from the 0.29 save file.

man i hate games that split the games in chapters and make them compeltely standalone,.. thats bullshit. just thought i try this game again after i stopped it because updates were scarce around that time... and now i cant start from scratch in the newest version because it directly starts in ch3? yeah i am out here

Corrupted Save file.
Download the fresh new SaveFile that it is attached to fix it.

still the same bug, I changed save and downloaded new version, but when I save before the scene, his eyes are disappearing

Both paths lead to same ending but with different scenes and dialogs. This was the way patreons voted for the way of the game options to be.

Download the latest version (it has been re-uploaded) and try again.
If you are on Windows 10 , set the game to Windows Compatibility for Windows 7 (or below) and run the game as Administrator at least once.
