yes the v14 part 1 is let's say the season ends in the preparation of Jason's party
the v17 part 2 is a new launcher with the active gallery and starts from Jason's party
I recommend starting from v14 part 1 to not lose and then v17 to continue

Its fine the dirty clothes are in your inventory so that you can replay the scene. Just move forward now.

You hardly need a strong PC for our game. Try restarting and trying again or running the game in Compatibility mode for Windows 7 and under. Running the game as Administrator at least once will help too.

Right Click on game file and select Properties. Then click on Compatibilities and select something other (lower) than Windows 7. Lower where it says "Privilege level" select administrator. Click OK and then run the game.
