Nah you always could temporarily join Discord through an invite link. Just enter a name, and you're in for the session.

There is a character switching in the game, sometimes u play as milf and most time as boy so... I guess the milf player chars will do it with other dudes.

I hope not, they aren't dumb enough to do that, the milf MC will probably fuck her sons and nobody else, making all of them fuck each other would ruin this game.
