Version .018 is a reboot of the game, the prior edition, .017, was the last version from the original game. In June this year (like 3 months ago) I finished up remaking my first large game, Her Heart's Desire, which took a year and since the original Milfy Cases wasn't the smashing hit like I wanted it to be, I decided to reboot it from scratch as well.

.Grace, one of the characters from the prior version of the game, will be included in the .20 update in progress which will be shipped on all the platforms where people buy the game on September 28th based on my current schedule. The .019 released in August, and in the .20 version, we're still only ~60% of the render count, and about 35% or so of the word count, as was in the last edition of the older version of the game.
Zara, Inspector Dorne are both characters that first appeared in the reboot, neither of them was in the original version of the game. Fritz the squirrel, one of the original characters, will be in the reboot as well, but not for a few updates.
