RE: The "Motorcycle is too big for Sara" discussion (instead of trying to quote from many of the above posts about it).
I'm making this post to hopefully clarify something for any new Fan Art creators here, and it's only my observation. So don't anybody go off the deep end about it.
New fan art creators...be aware your MODEL may not be "proportional" to any other ASSET you use for the scene, or vice-versa. This easily happens if the MODEL'S size has been altered to be different from the BASE DAZ MODEL SIZE she is (G3, G8, etc). So, for say Sara, if you are using a Sara model that has been "corrected" height-wise to represent her "game size", there will be MANY assets you try to use with her that you might have to "change size" so the two of them will work together...chairs, beds, whatever. Whether you decide to change the size of the "item" or Sara herself is up to you. But consider the SCENE also, and how the "new size" relates to that. If you reduce the motorcycle size to the point that it looks too small to other objects in the scene, you might be better off making Sara a bit bigger for the motorcycle.
Another place you will REALLY run into the "model's size" problem is when you start rendering multiple models using "pre-made multiple model poses", such as two people holding hands or leaning on each other or kissing or sex acts, etc. Most "out of the box" poses will be based on the GENERIC model size of the base model...G3, G8, etc. So when you have two models that have both had their dimensions altered differently from their "base model's" size, then try to use them in "one-click multiple model poses", they won't line up properly to each other like the pose(s) are supposed to. You will have to know how to manually move arms, heads, and any other body parts (*snicker*) to gets things looking right and remove poke throughs, etc.
Bottom line is don't be afraid to increase/decrease the OVERALL size of the model if needed to fit an asset or to fit the model in a scene so everything looks PROPORTIONALLY correct. As long as everything in the scene "plays nice" together, no one should care if you "fudged" models or assets sizes to make everything work together. FAN ART should NOT necessarily be, "make everything and everyONE look EXACTLY the way it does in the original game".
Render on!
EDIT for Clarification: All I'm saying is that in the original renders that started the discussion, the MOTORCYCLE looks proportionally FINE for the ENVIRONMENT it is rendered in (size compared to the road and background, etc). If that is the case, select Sara in the Scene Tab, go to the Properties Tab, and use the "Size" slider to just increase the overall size of Sara to fit the motorcycle. It doesn't matter if she is no longer the "real game" Sara size. She now proportionally fits the rest of the scene too. In many cases, this is all you have to do for one of the two models in a "pre-made multi-model pose" too.
