If you want to delete the incest patch go to your "/game" folder and delete the patch.rpy and patch.rpyc file(s).

Suspension of disbelief, I suppose. I can deal with it as is, where the character refers to them "like" family, but not as actual family. Actual incest just isn't what I like, but I can deal with step-family, if that makes sense? It doesn't to me, but hey, the horny wants what the horny wants.
